CSV Format Requirements

Your CSV file must have two columns in this order:

Claim ID,PIN
SA-00001,4821
SA-00002,9374
SA-00003,2156

A header row is optional. If a Claim ID already exists in the database, its PIN will be updated. Duplicate uploads are safe.
